Personalized Cranial Repair Implant

Using high-precision CT scan data, XIHE's team employed green laser selective melting technology with medical-grade Ti6Al4V titanium alloy to 3D print a personalized repair implant. The implant featured a biomimetic trabecular structure design, reducing weight while promoting tissue integration. Post-operative results showed excellent bone integration and natural head contour restoration.
