Stainless Steel Golf Heads, Engineered From the Inside.

Additive manufacturing makes it possible to design the inside of a golf head with the same intent as the outside — balancing structural support, target mass distribution and acoustic response in one integrated architecture.
Discuss a Golf Head Project

More Design Freedom. A Clearer Route to Validation.

Our advantage is not simply printing a conventional golf head. It is helping turn internal geometry, mass-distribution targets and manufacturing requirements into one reviewable, manufacturable stainless steel part.

Design Inside the Head

Create hollow cavities, lattice support, localized wall thickness and mass zones within one integrated internal architecture.

Tune Mass Before Tooling

Iterate internal structure and local mass allocation digitally before committing to a dedicated tooling or production route.

Engineer for Printability

Review build orientation, thin-wall regions, internal access and post-processing constraints before the part enters production.

From Print to Finished Part

Coordinate printing, post-processing and inspection in one manufacturing workflow — from a design study to a finished golf-head component.

Create Design Space Inside the Head

Create Design Space Inside the Head

Additive manufacturing turns the inside of a golf head into an active design space. It uses a hollow-body architecture to release non-critical volume and create room for purposeful structure and mass placement.

One Lattice. Three Functions.

The golf head uses a printable Diamond lattice inside the cavity. It reduces internal mass, supports selected regions behind the face and helps manage cavity resonance as part of the overall sound-design strategy.

核心优势

  • Lightweight Interior: Reduces unnecessary internal mass without leaving the cavity unsupported.
  • Targeted FaceBack Support: Adds structural support only where it is needed behind the face.
  • Acoustic Tuning Potential: Helps manage cavity resonance for a cleaner, more controlled sound.

Proven Applications for Aluminum 3D Printed Hydraulic Components

We focus on complex, high-value fluid-control components where LPBF can provide meaningful engineering value.

Mass Positioned With Intent

Material released from the central and upper regions is directed toward the sole and toe-side zones. This approach targets a lower center of gravity and a more intentional lateral mass distribution.

核心优势

  • More Mass at the Sole: Supports a lower center of gravity target.
  • More Mass Toward the Toe: Helps balance hosel influence and tune the intended head balance.
  • Less Fill Beneath the Topline: Avoids carrying unnecessary mass too high in the head.

Wall Thickness, Tuned by Region

The golf head uses regional wall-thickness design to balance target mass, local strength and acoustic behavior. Thickness is retained where support is needed and reduced where internal volume can be released.

核心优势

  • Strength Where It Matters: Retains material in structurally important regions.
  • Weight Where It Creates Value: Reduces material in lower value regions to preserve mass for the sole and toe.
  • Sound Designed Into the Structure: Combines wall distribution and internal architecture to support acoustic tuning.

Designed for Additive Manufacture

The golf head is reviewed as both a golf-head concept and a manufacturable part. The cutaway makes internal lattice geometry, thin-wall regions and mass zones visible for printability assessment.
